Available every half hour between 11 am and 4 pm from Macy's Visitor Center on the 34th Street Balcony, and at 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 6 pm and 6:30 pm on Wednesday and Friday evenings from Starbucks Coffee on the 35th Street Balcony.
